Workout: record-breaking heat this week here, 95° in the garage. Had to stop for about 30 sec. after each full round, just to not overheat!
#50 thrusters: 10, 10, 11, 11.
#50 curls: 15, 12, 11, 10.
Push-ups: 8, forgot, 10, 10.
Burpees: 8, 6, 6, 6.
Accessory: 3 rnds of each.
#50 floor press: 27, 29, 30.

I just looked back and realized we were supposed to rest 1 min between rnds anyway! I’m a diptard!
20 min run. Had to stop every 5 minutes and breathe! Was still over 90° out.
