2 Sandbag throw over shoulder
*Continue to add 1 rep per round until the time is up!

Substitutions
Sandbag throw over the shoulder  – Double dumbbell or kettlebell swing to eye level

Cool Down
For 2 min each
Seated double hamstring stretch
Bottom of the squat
Bottom of the lunge each leg

Workout: #50 sandbag. 12 burps + 4 throws. Finished out the remaining 8 throws for the round ????
