Warm-up: done Workout: 31:35 Miles 3&4 were on gravel. Noticeably slower than the first 2 miles on the pavement! Accessory: D.O.N.E. OH. MY. GOSH!!! BUUURRR!!! ❄❄❄ Dear Dan…as i sit here FREEZING in my ice bath, I’m mentally hurling vulgarities your way… In the event i cramp up and don’t make it outta this death-trap alive, i will you my Peloton, since you lack the constitution to buy one! ????
