Warm-up: done.
HSPU: kipping to abmat.
Pistols to 17″ bench.

Workout: 13:05??? Forgot my time before i wrote it down! Duh.
*G2OH: #25 db’s.
*Z squats: #35 kb.
*RDL: Did bent-over-rows on accident. ???? #50 bag.
*Turk get-ups: #25 kb. Up and back down.

Accessory: Thursday’s.
5 rnds: 10 strict T2B, 10 strict K2E.
