Sandbag farmers carry/ run, 100 yards
Perform 100 push ups
Sandbag farmers carry/ run, 100 yards
Perform 100 mountain climbers
Sandbag farmers carry/ run, 100 yards
Perform 100 sit ups
Sandbag farmers carry/ run, 100 yards
Perform 100 jumps over sand bag, short way

Work – 65:48 Scaled up to my 150lb strongman bag for the 100 yards. Started at kind of a run and died out quickly due to sweaty grip, no chalk, and failure. Good times were had today.

What’s the precribed carry method and weight? Hug bag, carry it in the front or carry on the back? Or does it matter
I kinda bear hugged it with a grip on the bottom. Would need two for a true farmer carry. So I’d carry it in the front or just switch at the 50y with a suitcase carry.
Great question! If there is nothing listed in terms of style of carry, assume you can carry it anyway you want. If a particular carry is required (farmers carry, bear hug carry etc) it will be listed.
