400m Sandbag on shoulder walk
*Every 2 min perform 4 alternating lunge steps

Bottom of the squat
Pretzel stretch
Workout
“The Bush hog”
30 Minute sandbag drag. Perform on grass, turf, beach, etc because any hard surface will rip up the sandbag. Accumulate as much distance as possible. Track distance for the future.
*Grab a 1″ rope, tie down, tow strap or ring strap. Whatever you have that’s strong. Loop it through the sandbag and then your weightlifting belt (or the rope/strap can be placed over the shoulder) so that your sandbag is now set up to be dragged.
Cool Down
Seated hamstring stretch for 2 min

and then
Missed yesterday so todays work – 30 min w/ 80lb bag 1.28 miles and some rain to add to the mix.
