100 Total alternating sandbag overhead press. (Press sandbag up, over head and down on opposite shoulder for one rep)
100 Total Sandbag bent over row

Cool Down
Hang from a doorway or pull up bar (with some weight supported by feet) for 2 min

Everything should be updated and accurate, are you seeing the 72420 workout with alternating sandbag over the shoulder presses?

Work – 17:03 80lb sandbag for the OH press and I was at work so had a barbell to my disposal and worked through it with 135. Fun and fast!
