5×10 Sandbag Zercher Squat
4×10 Sandbag RDL
4×10 Sandbag walking lunges each leg  (hold bag however you want)
250 Sit-ups
*Rest as needed between sets

Cool Down
Seated hamstring stretch for 2 min
