Yesterday’s:
Warm-up: done.

Workout: 11 rounds +2 squats.
* #65 barbell.
* subbed #53 kbs for shoulder-throws. My sandbag is disintegrating, couldn’t use it.
* bench-dips.

Accessory: done.
