Yesterday’s:
Warm-up: done.

Workout:
A) P. Snatch/ squat snatch: #65, about 20 sec x round.
B) 10 BJO’s, 18 sec x round.
C) Subbed bench press for push-ups, #65.
* Rounds 1-5, 12 reps, about 45 seconds x round.
* Rounds 6-10, 10 reps, about 50 sec x round.
