Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 mins of:
30 Lateral sandbag hops (over and back is 2)
15 Sandbag front squats
30 Sandbag lateral hops
15 Alternating Box Step-ups, 24/20 in (unweighted)
Accessory
3 x10 Sandbag bicep curl, pick weight
3 x 10 Sandbag bent over row, pick weight
3×10 Weighted sandbag sit-up (with sandbag on chest)
*Rest 1-2 min between sets
