AM:
Decided to try a #25 plate, to get an idea of how many rounds it’d take me. Went straight through the 6 minutes, but it started getting dicey at about 3:30!
PM: #45 plate, 12:05 total. 3 min/3 min.
*subbed #50 floor presses for push-ups, my right bicep tendon has been screaming at me. That last minute hold was brutal! ????
*did an extra round of running/floor presses after the 6 min hold.
*Skipped the accessory today.
