We have done something similar earlier this month with an on the minute session of just moving around some weight!
New cycle fires off next week!
Load the sled and farmers carry so you can complete the distance unbroken but not so light that its super easy. I want you to have to think about stopping but know you can make it if you push!
Loading will be different depending on the surface you are pushing on, keep that in mind!
Warmup
10 Min EMOM Alternating between
6-10 Cal erg – bike/row/ski
5 Push-up + 5 Air squat + 5 ring row OR bent over barbell/dumbbell row
–Then–
2 Rounds
30s Seated hamstring stretch
30s Bottom of the lunge stretch (each leg)
30s Bottom of the squat
30s Childs pose
–Then–
Build to workout weights performing 3-5 reps of each movement as you build up in weight
Strength
Every 1 min for 30 min alternate between:
Kettlebell farmers carry 60ft, pick weight
Sled push or pull 60ft, pick weight
Backwards sled pull 60ft, pick weight
Accessory
For 3 rounds
20 Finger curls, pick weight
20 Wrist curls, pick weight
*Rest 1 min between rounds
