EMOM 12 min alternating between:
5-7 Push press (sandbag, dumbbells, kettlebells, strongman bag)
5-7 Double arm sandbag row
Workout
10 min amrap
10 Sandbag deadlift
10 Sandbag push press
*Substitute kettlebells, dumbbells, or a strong man sandbag as needed
Rx Weight 100/70 OR 50/35 for dumbbells and kettlebells
Cool Down
Hang from pull up bar or doorway for 1:30

and then
Did the push press with a 100# strongman bag in the warmup! WHOA super tough. Ended up switching to a 50# med ball in the AMRAP to keep moving. Great workout
