Workout Notes
Mashing up some weightlifting movements with a hard 1 mile run today. This is a workout where you are forced to push the pace and deal with some of the consequences. The hammys will be a little blown up after the snatches leading into that mile but if you move too slow in the first set of 30 you might not be able to make it up in the end!
Goal times are 12-15 minutes.
