20s butt kicks
20s forward plank
20s bottom of the squat
20s bodyweight good morning

Build to workout weights performing 3-5 reps of each movement.

I hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving! Going through this workout today is like trying to choke down a mouth full of dry, burnt turkey.

I truly hope your Thanksgiving is better than this workout is going to feel!

Get something in today no matter what. Some air squats, push-ups, whatever it takes to get some movement in.
