Walking kneeknee hug + Lunge
Spiderman stretch + Rotate (10 reps total)
Walking toe touch

Workout
For 4 cycles:
AMRAP in 3 mins of:
Run, 300 m
Max Rep sandbag snatch OR alternating dumbbell/kettlebell snatch, pick weight
*Rest 2 mins between each cycle.
*For each cycle restart the AMRAP.
